Behaviour Ministers

Our Behaviour Ministers are a team of responsible and positive role models from Years 2 to 6 who help to promote our school's values and encourage excellent behaviour throughout the school community.

Every two years, our Behaviour Ministers are elected by their classmates through a democratic vote, giving pupils the opportunity to take on a leadership role and represent the views of their peers. They are trusted ambassadors who demonstrate our school values every day and lead by example.

The Behaviour Ministers meet regularly to discuss ways to promote positive behaviour, celebrate success and support our school's high expectations. They share ideas, listen to the views of other pupils and work closely with staff to help maintain a happy, respectful and inclusive learning environment.

As part of their role, the Behaviour Ministers:

• Promote positive behaviour and respectful relationships across the school.

• Encourage pupils to follow our school values and make positive choices.

• Help to celebrate good behaviour and recognise acts of kindness and responsibility.

• Share pupils' ideas and suggestions to help improve our school community.

• Act as positive role models, demonstrating respect, resilience and responsibility in all that they do.

Our Behaviour Ministers play an important part in creating a school where everyone feels valued, supported and able to learn. We are incredibly proud of their commitment, leadership and enthusiasm as they help to make our school a welcoming place where positive behaviour is recognised and celebrated.
